Additional choice of pay-as-you go professional services

  • Complete restore of mailbox from backups (Hosted Exchange only) - £50 per mailbox
  • 30 minutes or part there of remote Team Viewer session - £50 (only in support of SMS product/service) 
  • Restoration, where possible, of deleted items on HEX/365 - £50 per mailbox
  • Migration - £19.99 per mailbox
  • General Professional Services £50 per hour. (For example : Providing PST file downloads, download of archive data)

SMS Support options 

We at SMS understand that all businesses need different levels of support and technical guidance. To help with any Office 365 support you may need we have created two new levels of support options. Just choose the service level that you think best suits your business. Simple. 

Levels of support available

  • Standard Support - Is included with the purchase of Office 365
  • Essentials Support - Includes all of the standard support options plus assistance with setting up domains elsewhere
  • Premium Support - Includes all of the Essentials support options plus additional support with creating users/ groups, bulk imports etc and end users are able to request support directly

How can Office 365 help my business? 

Microsoft Office 365 combines all of your business essentials with the convenience of cloud applications. Included with SMS Office 365 email and productivity plans are:

Email — Enterprise-Level email based on Microsoft Exchange 

Syncing — Sync email, contacts, calendars, notes, and reminders between webmail, compatible desktop email apps, and mobile devices 

Office — Office Online, Mobile Office, and Desktop Office. All productivity plans include at least one of these, and some include all 

Storage — A minimum of 1TB OneDrive for Business per user. With documents stored securely online employees can work from multiple locations, and you keep control of who can access what 

Communication — Move conversation beyond email and phone calls with instant messaging, and web conferencing 

Collaboration — Let colleagues work together in ways that suits them. Team workflows and Yammer networking create an inclusive collaboration environment 

Analysis — Advanced tools like Delve and MyAnalytics give you, and employees, a richer understanding of how people work, what’s important, and where gains can be made 

Compliance — New regulatory frameworks, like GDPR, make compliance more important than ever. Office 365 reporting tools make it easier to stay within the guidelines on data retention and deletion
