SMS is committed to ensuring our services are available to as many people as possible. Our website uses standard web technologies and is built on a responsive design grid. This approach allows end users to resize the website to match their displays and use CSS to alter text size and colour options. All internal links and images contain ALT and TITLE tags to aid screen readers.

Email access

Users of our Microsoft Exchange 2013 services have access to the latest OWA 2013 webmail service. This is built on a responsive design grid, allowing users to resize the interface for easier reading. Many templates are available for uses to reskin the interface to improve text contrast.

Documents

Where possible, documents are supplied in PDF format. Created by Adobe, PDF is an open format (ISO 32000) with open source readers available for many platforms.
