Log in to our control panel as an admin select subscriptions > choose the subscription you want to cancel > select cancel subscription
Log in to our control panel as an admin and select subscriptions > choose the subscription that the mailbox is in > select 'resources' > select 'upgrade resource limits' > reduce the amount of mailbox credits you have
Log in to our control panel as an admin and select 'buy additional resources'
If the red 'Failed' status has been there longer than 30 minutes please send an email to email@example.com advising of the problem and include the task ID in the error message
Log in to our control panel as an admin and select the 'SMS Email Management' tab
Log in to our control panel as an admin and and select the 'Account' tab. Click on 'Admins' to add others
The first mailbox added to a company will take up to 30 minutes to become available. New mailboxes added to an existing company will take up to 10 minutes each- normally much quicker!

Once signed in click 'Install Office 2016'
- Sign in to Office 365 with your current email address and password
- Go to Settings > Office 365 settings > Password > Change password.
- Type your old password, and then type a new password and confirm it.
- Click Submit.
