For MS Office 365 customers who use SharePoint, Microsoft has released a new iOS app to access your information from Apple iPhones and iPads.

The SharePoint mobile app is designed to give you easy access to your company intranet. Using tabs to navigate makes it simple to access:

Sites — Frequently visited sites and those you are following. Clicking on a site shows recent activity, files, and the site assets. Integration with OneDrive for iOS means you will be automatically transferred to the latter when accessing a SharePoint document library.

Links — The sites and portals curated by an organisation’s SharePoint admin and available to everyone. By using mobile-friendly designs the sites will scale nicely to the size of your display.

People — Find colleagues who can help with your current projects, and see what others are currently work on and who they are working with. All powered by Office 365’s built-in machine intelligence.

Search — Delve deep into your SharePoint sites to get the information you need. Results are filtered by sites, files, and people. Content is available from your intranet, team sites, company portals, and OneDrive folders.

Office 365 users can download the SharePoint for iOS app from the App Store
